What if I lose my Smart Card?

If you lose your Smart Card, you can get a replacement by contacting Aurora on 1300 10 20 10. You will be given a code number that you can use to collect a replacement card from your nearest Aurora PAY AS YOU GO Recharge Agent. There is a $20 charge for all replacement cards that is paid upon collection of your card.

Please take care of your Smart Card and treat it like cash as we don't reimburse credit on your Smart Card if you lose or damage it.

What if my Smart Card gets damaged?

If your Smart Card is damaged, you should report it to Aurora on 1300 10 20 10. You will be asked to destroy your damaged card and given a code that you can use to collect a replacement card from your Aurora PAY AS YOU GO Recharge Agent. There is a $20 card replacement fee that is paid upon collection of your card. There is, of course, no fee when your card is replaced due to a technical fault.

The Aurora Customer Service Centre operates during standard business hours on Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings.
