South Australia PAY AS YOU GO
Aurora Energy has conducted an extensive review of Aurora PAY AS YOU GO in South Australia and the decision has been made to withdraw the product from the South Australian market. Unfortunately it is not financially viable for us to continue offering the product in the state.
Customers in South Australia that have an APAYG meter will receive a letter during July or August advising them of our decision and requesting them to transfer to a new electricity retailer. Please be assured that no customers will be disconnected as a result of this decision and customers will be reimbursed for any credit remaining on their meter when it is removed.
As a result of this decision we will no longer be taking applications to have APAYG meter installed.
