What if I lose my Smart Card?

Please take care of your Smart Card as we don't reimburse credit if you lose or damage it.

If you lose your Smart Card, you can get a replacement by contacting Aurora on 1300 10 20 10. You will be given a code number that you can use to collect a replacement card from your nearest Aurora PAY AS YOU GO Recharge Agent. There is a $20 charge for all replacement cards that you pay when you collect your new Smart Card.

What if my Smart Card gets damaged?

If your Smart Card is damaged, you should report it to Aurora on 1300 10 20 10. You will be asked to destroy your damaged card and given a code that you can use to collect a replacement card from your Aurora PAY AS YOU GO Recharge Agent. There is a $20 card replacement that is applied to the card when you collect your new Smart Card.

There is no fee when your Smart Card is faulty.
